If you are traveling from Axminster on the A358 towards Seaton you will pass through Musbury. Turn left between the garage (petrol station) and the pub(The Golden Hind).
You will come to Musbury village stores/post office. Turn right into Combpyne road, carry on the road for 3/4 mile heading out of the village (narrow road high devon hedges).
You will think you have gone to far but dont worry you have not !! On the left you will come to what appears to be a high devon stone wall. WELCOME TO SELLERSWOOD. Turn left at the end of the farmhouse into the driveway and drive round the back (slowly please) Laird & Scruffy will give you a warm welcome!!
