Summer House
The Summer House or ‘Bull Pen’ as we call it is separate from the main farmhouse. Situated at the end of the garden it was originally used to house the farmers Bull! It accommodates a double bed, wardrobe, table and chairs and tea & coffee making facilities.

There is a patio to the front with a large pergola covered with vines, honeysuckle and climbing roses. The view to the Axe Valley and the white chalk cliffs at Beer are stunning. Right next door, the ‘Bull Pen’ has its own private ‘privy’ featuring a shower, toilet, sink and shaving point.
Breakfast is served on the patio, or alternatively inside the main farmhouse.
